First of all, we want to apologize for the inconvenience.
Second, we ask you to send to [email protected] a photo where we can clearly see the defect of the garment that you have received. Then, we will review it and we will send you a new product as soon as possible if it is available. As well, we will send you a return label so you will be able to send us back the defective item that has been received by error.
You will hear back from one of our customer agents shortly (usually within 24 and 48 hours).
