How can I make a return?Updated a month ago

Clients located in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will receive a prepaid return label.
Clients located in the United States, Canada and Australia must cover the cost of any return, regardless of the return option selected.
Customers in all other non-EU countries, as well as the Canary Islands (Spain), are responsible for managing and paying for their returns.
Gift Card & Exchange Returns
For returns made under the gift card or exchange options, your request will be processed as soon as the package has been dropped off at an authorized drop-off point.
Refund Returns
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved at our warehouse.
Please note:
Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
A return fee will be applied as follows:

Important:
The 20€ return fee only applies to returns from the United States, Australia, Switzerland and Canada.
All other non-EU countries and the Canary Islands must handle and pay for their own return shipping.
Returns with 5+ Items
Returns containing five or more items and selecting the “refund option” will incur an additional 6€ handling fee.
If you are returning your goods from outside bear in mind that we do not refund customs fees.
