How can I make a return?

Clients located in any country of the European Union, USA, United Kingdom and Switzerland will receive a pre-paid return label. Clients located in the rest of the countries and Canary Islands (spain) will be responsable for the return process.

Returns with the gift cards and exchanges options we will process your request once the package have been delivered to a drop-off point. 
 

Returns with refund option will receive the reimbursement on the original payment method as soon as we have the garment controled in our warehouse.

Also, for this option, the shipping costs are NOT included and a return fee will apply:

Iberian Peninsula: 4,90€
European Union Countries: 6,90€
United Kingdom: 9,90€
Non- European Union Countries: 20€.
The Non-European Union return fee only applies to: United States, Australia, Switzerland and Canada. The rest of the Non-European union Countries and Canary Islands are responsible of the return process.

Returns that have 5 or more garments will be charged a extra fee of 6€. This only applies to returns that have the "refund option" selected

If you are returning your goods from outside bear in mind that we do not refund customs fees.

If the link does not work to return your order, please scroll down on our website to the button "Returns" and request your return from there. After that, you will receive a return label and all the information necessary via email.
