Can I return an order bought on sales?Updated a year ago

All returns on orders subject to bulk purchase promotions (for example, buy 3, get one free; free shipping on orders over 150€; or second item 50% off) will lose the promotion benefits if the order after the return does not honor the promotion requirements. 

For 3x2 promotions:
- If only 01 garment (one of the three garments) included in the promotion is returned, only a voucher will be issued with the total value of the garment for your next purchase in our store;
- If 02 garments (two of the three garments) included in the promotion are returned, a voucher will be issued with the total value of the garments for your next purchase in our store or a 50% refund of the amount paid for the purchase;
- If all the items included in the promotion are returned, you can choose whether you want to receive a voucher for future purchases or receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase.
